Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your knife in its original gift box and protective sheath, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
